We’re seeking passionate individuals who want to use their talents to support our mission of sharing redemptive, purpose-driven stories through the Called for Purpose podcast. Opportunities include:

1. Podcast Guest Outreach Intern
Help identify and connect with potential guests whose stories align with our mission—birth mothers, adoptive parents, adoptees, pro-life advocates, and those who have overcome life-defining challenges. Responsibilities include:

• Researching and curating guest lists
  
• Writing and sending outreach messages
  
• Scheduling and coordinating pre-interviews
  
• Assisting with follow-ups and guest prep
  
  

2. Creative Content & Marketing Intern

Help bring our podcast to life online. This role focuses on repurposing podcast episodes into social media content and helping expand our reach. Responsibilities include:

• Brainstorming and drafting episode teaser clips, audiograms, or quote graphics
  
• Suggesting creative reel/TikTok ideas from each episode
  
• Writing compelling captions and episode summaries
  
• Collaborating on theme development and marketing strategies
  

3. Podcast Development Support

Assist with behind-the-scenes organization and production. This role is great for someone who loves audio, structure, or storytelling flow. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with episode outlines and show notes
  
• Time-stamping and noting highlight clips
  
• Helping with guest release forms, documentation, and scheduling
  
• Supporting editing feedback and improvement notes
